Functional Nutrition Counselor & Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner
I’ve always been curious about how the body works. That curiosity began in my teenage years and eventually inspired me to change careers so I could guide others on their own wellness journeys. I truly believe that nourishing your body and cooking with intention can ease stress, spark creativity, and transform the way you feel. If you would like to learn more about my story, click More...

What is Ceyba?
The Ceiba tree holds deep meaning across many cultures in the Americas. Revered as sacred by Indigenous communities, it’s often seen as a gathering place—a space where people come together to share stories, wisdom, and connection. I chose the Ceiba as a symbol for my work because, like its vast and grounding roots, true healing begins beneath the surface. It represents the power of getting to the root cause—nurturing balance in the body and mind to create lasting transformation. The Ceiba reminds us that we are deeply connected to one another and to the universe itself—and that meaningful change always starts from within
